Making an Appointment
- Step One
Get a referral from your doctor. Your doctor can fax a copy to us at 604-709-6112, or it can be scanned and emailed to us at moc.citsongaidadanac@ofni. Your doctor can use any requisition form they have on hand in their office. To download one of our requisition forms, click here. - Step Two
As soon as we receive your referral, our radiologist will review it and give us scan protocol instructions. We’ll then call you to go over screening questions. We’ll let you know the cost and any special instructions. In most cases, you can pick an appointment date and time that works for you. - Step Three
Once you have had your scan, our radiologist will analyze all of the images and write a report. The report is usually sent to your referring doctor within one working day of the scan.
